Integrated for Private Attorneys

Integrated’s services are designed to complement the daily rigors of practicing law and managing a law firm. Our principal attorneys all have practiced in busy litigation firms. We are all too familiar with the drudgery of having to spend late evenings and weekends researching and drafting briefs for motions and appeals after hectic days of court appearances, depositions, client meetings and conference calls – not to mention the chores associated with managing a firm. Integrated reduces or eliminates the burdens associated with preparing briefs, correspondence and memoranda, giving our law firm partners the ability to handle their cases and develop their practices. Our appellate and trial briefs and appendices are prepared in accordance with the format and rules of the federal, state or local court where they will be submitted and are ready for filing.

In many jurisdictions that allow for a mark-up of outsourced work, law firms may be able to profit from our services as our rates are lower, often significantly, than rates that are deemed “reasonable.” In other jurisdictions, our fees can be passed on to clients. Regardless, Integrated’s services are bound to be more cost-effective and less onerous than hiring additional lawyers and support personnel.
